DUH department honored as healthy workplace for RNs
posted January 7th, 2010NCNA named DUH's Department of Clinical Education and Professional Development and six other nursing workplaces as Hallmarks of Healthy Workplaces recipients. Each was honored for creating positive work environments for registered nurses.
Other winners include the Southern Regional Area Health Education Center (SR-AHEC), Gaston Memorial Hospital’s Same Day Surgery Unit, Carolinas Medical Center–University’s PeriOperative Services Department, Carolinas Medical Center’s Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit, Carolinas Medical Center–Mercy’s Post Anesthesia Care Unit.
