Duke University School of Nursing signs agreement to partner with Wuhan University in China

On June 30 Duke officials signed a three-year agreement with the Wuhan University School of Public Health in China to collaborate in the fields of nursing and global health.
Signed by Catherine L. Gilliss, DNSc, RN, FAAN, dean and vice chancellor for nursing affairs at Duke University; Michael Merson, MD, director of the Duke Global Health Institute and interim vice president and vice provost for global strategy and programs; and Zongfu Mao, PhD, dean of Wuhan University School of Public Health, the agreement formalizes the partnership between the two universities to improve and expand opportunities for faculty and students at Duke and Wuhan.
