Employee Forum to focus on self-care: De-Stressing your life
posted October 26th, 2009The next Duke University Hospital Employee Forum will be held Oct. 29 from 10-11 a.m. in 2001 Duke North lecture hall.The forum will include presentations on topics that can help support you, your family and colleagues during stressful times.
Come to the forum to hear about:
• Stress Relief through Healthy Practices
• Dealing with Grief
• Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques
• Addressing Financial Stressors
• Employee and Family Support through PAS
There will also be an opportunity to win tickets to the NC Symphony.
Registration is not required.
The Employee Forums bring Duke Hospital leadership and employees together to discuss initiatives that are important to your work life. They provide opportunities to get detailed information about new projects and offer a big-picture view of what’s going on at the hospital.
An added bonus: each forum also includes raffles for prizes.
