Fitness classes offered at DRAH
posted January 27th, 2010Duke Raleigh Hospital offers weekly zumba, yoga and boxing fitness classes for employees.
Zumba -- Zumba is a dance-aerobic workout that uses footwork and body movements from salsa, and is coupled with a fusion of Latin and international music.
Wednesdays: Jan. 27 - March 17
Time: 5:15-6:15 p.m.
Where: Duke Raleigh Wellness Center, 2nd floor classroom
Yoga -- Yoga teaches you how to relax, breathe and focus, and you can then implement these stress management approaches every day in other aspects of your life.

Boxing -- Improve your health, your speed, resistance, strength and flexibility by practicing the fundamentals of boxing technique.
Mondays: Jan. 25-March 15
Time: 12-1 p.m.
Where: Duke Raleigh Wellness Center, 2nd floor classroom
