HAND for the holidays

DUH will ring in the holidays with a series of musical events to bring a festive atmosphere to the season.

The series, sponsored by the Health Arts Network at Duke, will celebrate a variety of cultures and traditions.

Tuesday and Fridays in December
Duke North Lobby
12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

TUESDAYS:
December 1: Leslie Alperin, Cello
December 8: Out of the Blue, Duke female a cappella group
December 15: Natalie Gilbert, Piano

FRIDAYS:
December 4: HAND Students Concert
December 11: Cresset Christian Academy Concert Choir, 40-member youth choir
December 18: Osei Appeyaigai, Ghanaian percussion

Special performances every day the week of Christmas will include Klezmer Band South of Delancey, Thomas Bradley’s Gospel Choir and mother/daughter guitar duo Paula and Amber Snyder.
