Health education seminar: Common sports injuries in youth athletics

Ranging from minor bruises to repetitive stress affecting bone growth, sports injuries take a particular toll on young bodies. Dr. Grant will discuss the common causes, differences in pediatric versus adult sports injuries, and injuries linked to specific activities. Most importantly, he will share tips on how to avoid these problems, so your young athletes can stay safe and stay active.
