MLK Banquet, Embarking Upon the Dream
posted January 11th, 2010The Duke Chapter of the Student National Medical Association would like to invite you to our 17th Annual MLK Banquet - Embarking Upon the Dream
Friday, January 22 at 6:30pm at the Millenium Hotel
Dr. Alice Coombs, first African-American President-Elect for the Massachusettes Medical Society, will be our guest speaker.
The banquet is our largest fundraiser of the year for college scholarships given to 2 high school students participating in our HPREP (Health Professional Recruitment Program). It will be a night of dinner and dancing!
Tickets are $10 for students, $15 for interns, and $30 for faculty, staff and general admission. Please see attached flyer for more information. If you are interested in purchasing tickets, please email your reservation information to dukesnma@gmail.com.
