DUH’s MLK Community Caregiver Award nomination period opens Sept. 1

In September, applications will be accepted for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Caregiver Award.

To honor Dr. King’s legacy, the award recognizes excellence in service to our local, national and/or global communities. The winner will receive an etched crystal award along with $5,000 for the community organization for which she or he volunteers.

The application period begins Sept. 1 and closes on Sept. 30, 2010.
