MLK Community Caregiver Award nomination period opens

In September, applications will be accepted for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Caregiver Award. To honor Dr. King’s legacy, the award recognizes excellence in service to our local, national and/or global communities. The winner will receive an etched crystal award along with $5,000 for the community organization for which she or he volunteers.

The application period begins Sept. 1 and closes on Sept. 30, 2011.
