posted April 21st, 2010Registration is open for Duke University Hospital’s 2010 All-Staff Event .
The event is an opportunity to deliver a unified message about DUH's goals and strategies for success. It ensures that all understand and are aware of organizational priorities, and it’s a time to celebrate organizational accomplishments.
In order to further advance Duke Hospital's priorities, we need to ensure that all team members are aware of our organizational goals and strategies and understand how their roles impact the lives of the patients and families we serve. This is an opportunity to bring all members of our team—our leaders, our physician partners, our staff, our volunteers and others —together to recommit to providing the very best care and services for our patients.
The team at DUH is approximately 10,000 members-strong, and each team member plays an important part in caring for patients. Through teamwork we have achieved success and have become an award-winning place to receive care and to work. That’s why we chose "It Takes A Team" as the theme for our first all-staff event.
You can register online or via phone. The information below has been developed to help you with the registration process.
Who Can Register?
Registration is open to the following:
Duke Hospital (Company 30) employees
Physicians who practice at Duke Hospital
Duke Hospital Volunteers
Valet staff who work at Duke Hospital
E&O employees who work at Duke Hospital
DUHS Clinical Labs employees (DUH campus and Hospital-based clinics
only)
PRMO employees (DUH campus and Hospital-based clinics only)
In addition, materials are being developed to share with our partners who are unable to attend.
Registration Information
To register, you will need to provide the following information:
The last six digits of your Duke unique ID number
Your e-mail address OR the address where you would like your registration confirmation sent
Your phone number
You will also be asked to provide your position title and the name of your department.
You will then be asked to choose which session you will be attending (choose one).
One session is planned for June 2, 2010 from 7:30-11:00 a.m.
Two sessions are planned for June 3, 2010: one from 7:30-11:00 a.m. and one from 2:30-6:00 p.m.
