Weekly Format:
3:00-3:10 p.m.: Instruction in a Meditation Technique
(Different technique or style of technique presented each week)
3:10-3:25 p.m.: Meditation Practice
(You may use technique presented or any other you prefer for meditation, prayer or contemplation)
3:25-3:30 p.m.: Conclude Session with Q & A or brief discussion
Beginners welcome; come and go as needed; silence phones/pagers; if you prefer the floor, please bring your own cushion.
