What a showdown this will be!!
$10.00 per person – All Proceeds go to the American Heart Association.
- Lunch will to provided by Subway to each employee. (choice of 6 inch veggie or turkey sub, low fat option side and a drink)
- Free Duke Medicine Heart Walk t-shirt for the first 200 people registered
- Live-for-Life will offer cholesterol, glucose, wt, BMI, waist circumference and blood pressure screenings to Duke employees
- Zumba and other exercise demonstrations
- Come and learn about other "Live for Life" upcoming employee wellness activities
- Doorprizes
