Betty Watson: A heart of gold, full of compassion

Betty Watson, patient resource manager, received the following praise from a patient’s spouse:

“If there are crowns in heaven … Betty deserves them all. She helped us above and beyond all my expectations. She is a truly beautiful person with a heart of gold and one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. Her heart is in her job, and her love for people is great. Thank God for you, Betty, and we shall never forget you!”
