DRH Radiology: Outstanding service

Durham Regional Hospital’s Radiology Department, especially Lynda Mack, patient service associate, Shannon Tanksley, radiologic technologists, and Sue Yco, radiologic technologists, received the following praise from a patient:
“I wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service provided by the staff in the Radiology Department. This past Thursday I was scheduled for the lower bowl test and was very nervous. When I called Wednesday to confirm the appointment and what was to take place, they were excellent. I was so nervous, literally in tears and I was so blessed to have had Lynda Mack, patient service associate, Shannon Tanksley and Sue Yco (Radiologic technologists) help me. I hope you can locate each of these and extend a person heart felt appreciation for the understanding and compassion they showed. Each showed a level of compassion that is only a gift that God can give. They truly have a calling for their job. I thank them so much for taking an unpleasant experience and making it bearable for me.”
