DRH’s Joyce Bullock: Care, concern, leadership

 Joyce Bullock received praise from a patient's mother.

"My mother was admitted to the hospital for a week. During that week, I observed Joyce Bullock, DRH Environmental Services, going beyond what I have seen others do in the past. She showed concern for the cleanliness and comfort for patients and family members. Precautions for killing germs and refreshing within the room were displayed. Joyce was very concerned with sanitizing the bath and sink area, as well as doors, knobs, bars and switches. If you have ever stayed in a hospital before, you will understand the level of my sincerity. Joyce displayed the attitude of a leader that is capable of training others at her high level of care."
