Heather Hall: Demonstrates outstanding levels of service to ensure patients come first

She is always willing to flex her schedule to go above and beyond and do what it takes to get the job done.

Heather Hall, laboratory technologist III, received a quarterly Strength, Hope and Caring Award for demonstrating an outstanding level of commitment and service to the Clinical Labs.

"She is always willing to flex her schedule to go above and beyond and do what it takes to get the job done. She maintains a positive and helpful attitude. She is applauded, first because she was the only person on-site when CAP showed up announced on a Sunday afternoon. She remained calm and was complimented by the CAP Team Leader for how she handled the situation. Secondly, she was scheduled to work a weekend when severe weather hit. She came prepared with a sleeping bag, food, a flashlight and a positive attitude and stayed overnight in the building at Ben Franklin in order to ensure that we had staff coverage for Sunday. Heather has demonstrated outstanding levels of service to ensure that our patients come first and truly deserves to be recognized for this! We are truly thankful to have her as part of the Core Lab team!!"
