Jasmine Scott: Her fast action aided a patient
posted May 1st, 2009
Jasmine Scott, a staff member from Food and Nutrition at DRH, received the following praise from Jay Hodshon, RN at DRH:
“Jasmine informed one of our staff that as she entered the patient room, the patient ‘did not look right and maybe we should check in on her.’ We entered the room, and immediately called a rapid response. The patient was on her way to CCU within 20 minutes. Thanks to Jasmine, we were made aware of a patient not doing well, and were able to get her the care she needed immediately.”
