Jennifer Satterwhite: Help in a time of need

Jennifer Satterwhite, nursing care assistant in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, received the overall Strength, Hope and Caring Clinical Award at DUH.

One night, Jennifer, a nursing care assistant in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and a member of the bereavement committee, “tended to the needs of (three grieving) families by providing them with whatever they needed,” wrote her nominator. “Jennifer deserves the Strength, Hope, and Caring Award because in one night she gave more than 100 percent.”
