Ms. Lyons kept my father's room unbelievably clean and fresh.
Juanita Lyons, an EVS employee on the 9th floor of DUH, received a compliment letter from a patient's child.
The family member said, "During my father's stay at Duke, I was there day and night. Ms. Lyons kept my father's room unbelievably clean and fresh. Floors sparkled and the room was spotless. When I would run into Ms. Lyons, she was always so happy, kind, pleasant and proud of her work and always appeared to be humble with great strength of character. I want to applaud her work and make sure it has not gone unnoticed."
