Lucy went the extra mile to meet his dietary needs

Lucy Marshall, who works in dietary for Duke Raleigh, won praise from a patient's wife.

The woman's husband preferred organic milk and wheat bread and raisins. With each tray delivery, Lucy made sure that his dietary needs were met and went the extra mile to locate that food.
