Maggie Wilkins: Going the extra mile for patients

“I had surgery and needed a form filled out to return to work which I mailed to the clinic. Unfortunately I did not address it so it would go directly there. When I didn’t get a reply I called the clinic & talked to Maggie about the situation and my need to get the form filled out and back to me, so I could be released from leave to start a new job. She told me an alternative way to get one filled out. Then a couple hours later she called back and after searching found my letter and filled it out and mailed it back that day. She went the extra mile for patient satisfaction, and should be commended for it.”
