Martha Nance, a financial care counselor in the Department of PT/OT, received a compliment form a patient's mother.
"I wish to congratulate Martha Nance for her professional handling and knowledge of insurance matters. If it were not for Martha's knowledge of PT regulations for insurance, we would have been paying double for two PT visits on one day at the Finch Yeager Bldg. Martha is an outstanding employee.
