Michelle Wright, a patient resource manager, receives a thank you from a patient's daughter.
"She went above and beyond what was expected when my mother was hospitalized here at Duke. She solved a problem with insurance to cover treatment at a rehab facility. Michelle went to battle for my mom. She has been a guardian angel to my mom and she does not even know it. Truly the situation was not Duke's problem, but Michelle took it upon herself to make it her problem and to remedy the problem. Thanks Michelle!"
