Pat is a conscious, dedicated professional and compassionate worker who can make you laugh when you are frustrated.
Patricia Daniels, an administrative assistant in Health Information Management, received a compliment from a patient.
"I was trying to track down old medical records from 1976 from Duke's Highland Hospital in Ashville. I talked to Pat and gave her the information I had and she began a long, hard search. Pat is a conscious, dedicated professional and compassionate worker who can make you laugh when you are frustrated. Pat gave me a lead and I was able to find out about my records. She worked hard for me and went above and beyond the call of duty."
