I watch her not only with me, but how she treats other people, and it's the same -- very positive.
Peggy Holmes, a patient service associate, makes a big difference every day for Scotty Terrell.
"She always has a positive attitude and a smile. When I come in and start working, I often notice that she is helping other people. She has also been very helpful to me. She never puts me on hold and she never has a problem sharing information when I don't understand something. I watch her not only with me, but how she treats other people, and it's the same -- very positive. It's really hard to keep up good work, but she does."
