Robert Allen: Making things easier for patients

He was a perfect example of good customer service.

Robert Allen, a patient transporter for PDC Surgery in the Ortho Clinic, is recognized by Helen Potter, a unit coordinator for the Emergency Department.

"On Feb. 4, I was at the clinic getting shots in my knees. I had a rough time. When I left, Robert took me to my car in the parking garage by wheelchair. He was a perfect example of good customer service. He was kind, polite and considerate to how I was feeling and what he could do to make things easier. I have never had to ask for help before and I am happy to say it was a very good experience. Keep up the good work Robert."
