Roger Helms: Delivering top service, compassion

Roger Helms, nuclear medicine technologist, received the following praise from a patient:

“I wish to commend Roger for his excellent service, compassion and genuine attitude during the time I was crying and afraid about the machine coming over my head and feeling closed in during the MRI. He maintained a low, calm tone and was very patient with me. Therefore I was able to go through with the test.”
