Sara Neill: A kind and creative problem-solver

Sara Neill, RN, Intensive Care Nursery at Duke University Hospital, received the Wilma Minniear Award for Excellence in Nursing Mentorship. A colleague said:
“Sarah is a creative problem solver who looks at a problem with a “How can I help fix it” attitude. Many families have developed a connection with her because they feel they have been given the time and attention they need. She encourgaes them to ask questions, and her kind nature is recognized by all.”
