Sarah Reese: Colleagues see the difference she makes for patients and their families

Sarah provided excellent care to the patient and the family in a very stressful situation.

Sarah Reese, a nurse on Unit 9300 at DUH, is recognized by a colleague.

"In a effort to honor a patient's wishes, we were trying to expedite a discharge to hospice care. There were several aspects of the patient's care that were difficult. Sarah provided excellent care to the patient and the family in a very stressful situation. She is to be commended and acknowledged for her professional and kind care going above and beyond."
