Tracey Berckmiller, Duke Raleigh Case Management, received a Champions of Excellence award:
“Tracey was submitted because of her commitment to providing outstanding service and unsurpassed responsiveness to patients and co-workers alike. She has excellent social work skills coupled with many years of hospital social work experience, allowing her to come in on a relief basis to pick up in the middle of a case with ease. Everyone in the department breathes a sigh of relief when they know Tracey is “covering.”
