Walter Williams: Kind and compassionate

Walter Williams, at Durham Regional Hospital, received the following praise from a patient’s mother:
“My mother was on 7-3 for rehabilitation for three weeks and Walter Williams, NA II, worked with her frequently. She absolutely loved him. He was so kind, compassionate, attentive and patient with her. She actually cried the day she was discharged because she had to leave him (Walter discharged her to the car). I am an RN here with Duke ISRP, and he made me feel at ease, as well, and comfortable leaving her when I needed to. Kudos to Walter. He deserves a “STAR.”“
