‘A great improvement’ - Patient transporter discusses new concourse

In this video, longtime Duke University Hospital patient transporter Audrey Rogers talks about how the new indoor concourse between Duke Hospital and Duke Clinic has been a boon for patients, visitors and staff. “The new concourse is a great improvement,” she said.
