Video: Dr. Dzau’s State of Duke Medicine Presentation

The video above is of the annual State of Duke Medicine presentation given by DUHS CEO and Chancellor Victor J. Dzau, M.D., to a large audience in the Searle Center on Oct. 20, 2011. In the video, Dr. Dzau discusses how the coming year will be one of the most critical years in Duke Medicine's history as we open the Cancer Center facility, construct the Duke Medicine Pavilion and the Learning Center, while preparing for health care reform, NIH budget constraints, and develop a new strategic plan for the next five years.
