Durham NAACP will honor MaryAnn Black

MaryAnnBlackThe Durham branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will honor MaryAnn Black, DUHS associate vice president of community relations, at its 34th-annual Freedom Fund Award Dinner.The event will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15,  at the Durham Marriott Civic Center at 201 Foster St. in downtown Durham.

Tickets are $50 each in advance and will not be available at the door. If you are interested in attending, contact Vivian McCoy at 596-1081.
