Durham Regional lease extended
posted November 25th, 2008The Durham County Board of Commissioners has approved an amendment to the lease between the Durham County Hospital Corporation and Duke University Health System for Durham Regional Hospital that extends the original 1998 lease term from 20 years to an annually renewable 40-year term.
