DUSON researcher has a flair for éclairs

PaulaAndersonPaula Anderson of the School of Nursing has a passion for research. But she also can make a mean German chocolate cake or éclair.

She attributes her interest in cooking to her French-American grandmother: “She was just a farmer, but everything she made was always so delicious. Growing up in Minnesota, she taught me about fresh, simple ingredients. We would always help her pick her raspberries and strawberries.”
