Emotion and scent could be keys to memories

Stephen Shea, Ph.D., postdoctoral researcher, is featured in this video about new research that shows emotion and scent could be the key to creating lasting memories.
“It tells us a lot about the mechanisms of how memories are formed and also it underscores the importance of emotional context in strengthening and shaping or memories,” he said.
