How to eat healthy during a hectic workday

A busy work day combined with a hectic home life can present challenges when it comes to eating healthy.

There isn’t always enough time to prepare a healthy breakfast before heading off to work, or to make nutritious choices for snacks and lunch at work.

Temptations abound in any office, and it’s all too easy to skip a meal or take a tasty but unhealthy shortcut. Over time, “small” decisions to skip or snack can add up to weight gain and other health issues.
