Make a mark on cancer
posted October 28th, 2010The Topping Out Ceremony for the Duke Medicine Cancer Center building, being constructed alongside the Duke Medicine Pavilion, will be held on Thursday, November 4 at 5 p.m.
During the event at the construction site, the final steel beam will be raised and placed atop the Cancer Center building.
You can be a part of this historic project by signing that beam. Every weekday from now through next Wednesday, November 3 you can stop by the tent outside the Morris Cancer Clinic between 12 noon and 4 p.m. and sign your name on the beam.
