A memorial service and reception are being planned for Saturday, Dec. 6. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Page Anderson Memorial Fund in the Duke University Department of Pediatrics, DUMC Box 2975, NC, 22710, Attn: Glenn Holzapfel. These donations will provide support for the Duke Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program.
