Parking & Transportation is limiting office hours

Because of a scheduled software upgrade, Parking & Transportation Services’ offices will be open on a limited basis starting Friday.

Offices at Coal Pile Drive will only be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. through April 22.

As part of the upgrade, online appeals, citation payments and vehicle update applications will not be available after 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, until April 30.

Regular hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. will resume April 23.

In the case of urgent parking enforcement issues, members of the Duke community may call Duke Police at (919) 684-2444.

Parking & Transportation Services will receive e-mail at tranpark@notes.duke.edu, but please allow extra time for replies.
