Rev. Lowery issues call for action and change

In a Duke Chapel address during Duke’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. commemoration event, the Rev. Joseph Lowery, “dean of civil rights movement,” called Durham community members to action and change.
Lowery, 87, a friend of King, also delivered the benediction at Tuesday’s inauguration of President Barack Obama.
