Send a valentine; help the Heart Center

For a gift of $10 to Sharing Hearts, the Duke Heart Center Community Outreach & Education Program will send a special valentine in your name to someone you care for.

To send a valentine fill out this form. Orders must be received by Feb. 10.

The proceeds from Sharing Hearts will underwrite the cost of the health education classes, heart health risk screenings and healthy cooking demonstrates provided by the Community Outreach & Education Program.

The name of each donor will also be recognized in a valentine display in Duke Hospital.
