Submit 2008 health care receipts by April 15
posted March 25th, 2009Faculty and staff who enrolled in 2008 health or dependent care reimbursement accounts must submit receipts for services provided from January 1 through December 31, 2008 to WageWorks by April 15 for reimbursement.
Claim forms and supporting documentation must be post marked or faxed to WageWorks by April 15.
Claims for 2008 submitted after this date will not be reimbursed.
Claim forms are available online at hr.duke.edu/forms, or at the Human Resources office, 705 Broad St.
