The survey, located on the employee intranet, runs through tomorrow.
Just complete the survey online at http://www.customercloseup.com/durham, then print the coupon provided at the end of the survey. Write your name, department and phone number on the coupon and return it to a cafeteria cashier during cafeteria service hours for a chance to win $100 in free gasoline and five meals from the cafeteria. Coupons will be accepted through Oct. 28.
