Take the challenge: Maintain, don’t gain

can have your cake and eat it, too, by joining the Maintain Don’t Gain program.
The eight-week, Web-based program runs from Nov. 10-Jan. 3, and will help you start your holiday season on the right foot.
With this program you will receive weekly e-mails from LIVE FOR LIFE with tips on exercise, stress, nutrition and holiday safety. E-mails will also include: e-health and fitness resources, healthy holiday recipes and weekly virtual weigh-ins.
Successfully maintain your weight through the holidays and you will receive 100 LIVE FOR LIFE dollars.
